The Olympus Dr townhouses have various layouts up to 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garages just under 1,600 SqFt. Thes units were designed in 1999 and have been a part of the communtiy tight knit feel and home-like atmosphere whether you are from the area, transplanted or just passing through.

​In 1999 the building underwent a covered walkway, roof extension, and entrance canopy addition in masonry, dryvit, and wood trim.
The Immaculate Conception Church has a rich history here in New Mexico. In 1739 a group of Albuquerque settlers called their new community Nuestra Señora de la Concepción de Tomé Domínguez, alias lo de Tomé, or simply Tomé. This project restored the falling towers and followed the traditional construction of adobe and wood. Design work was done under Studio eM Design and special credit to Francisco Uviña-Contreras.
Typical Project Delivery, Milestones, and Fee Structure
If the construction budget has been adjusted before the end of the Final Construction Set, or Bid Set, then the remaining Final Constr Permit Payment shall be adjusted to accommodate the original quoted % of the newly calculated construction budget.
